Please note processing times depend on color. Black items are 2-4 days from start to finish before shipping while colored items are 4-6 days from start to finish before shipping. This is because each item is hand made from scratch for each order and cold or wet weather can extend dry time. Colored items have added steps and therefore take longer.

Items will arrive as ordered with no damage and can be returned within 14 days of receiving in the condition they were received. Returned items will be refunded minus return shipping which is due per the customer.

Likewise because these are handmade please take care when handling them. Bashing them into brick walls, against rocks, trying to hammer them into the ground, etc can damage the item. Please do not use sharp objects on your item as you risk scratching paint off. Do not add clear coat as it can react with our clear coat.
