Paint used is automotive grade, UV stable paint.

Please note with hand cut and custom color items no two items will ever be the same and small imperfections may be present.
Please note processing times depend on color. Black items are 2-4 days from start to finish before shipping while colored items are 4-6 days from start to finish before shipping. This is because each item is hand made from scratch for each order and cold or wet weather can extend dry time. Colored items have added steps and therefore longer.
We ship packages several days a week and will provide a tracking number within an hour of the item being handed over for shipping. Please be sure to check that address is correct. If you need quicker shipping please contact us immediately and we can bump you up the list.
Items will arrive as ordered with no damage and can be returned within 14 days of receiving in the condition they were received. Returned items will be refunded minus return shipping which is due per the customer.
Our items are made to live in doors or out, but please remember that the elements (sun, wind, rain, etc) do create wear and tear on items over time. Likewise because these are handmade please take care when handling them. Bashing them into brick walls, against rocks, trying to hammer them into the ground, etc can damage the item. Please do not use sharp objects on your item as you risk scratching paint off.
